Hankin Group Reveals New Look

Date March 29, 2021

Exton, PA — March 29, 2021  After more than five years under the signature green and blue color scheme that has blanketed properties in Chester County, the Hankin Group has undergone a successful rebrand. Last week, the prominent real estate developers revealed a new logo and website on their social media channels. “Our team is constantly thinking about how to make improvements that evolve with our community after 60 years of success,” said the company’s marketing rep in the announcement.  “After months of creative development, we are proud to showcase our company’s mission and values through this new representation and look forward to the future.”

Hankin Group worked with the Philadelphia-based branding agency, Push10, to develop their new identity after months of brainstorming and collecting feedback from the company’s top executives. “We couldn’t be happier with the outcome,” mentioned Michael Hankin, Chief Operating Officer of the Hankin Group. “This new branding will propel us into the future of the company as we gear up for another busy year with new construction, developments and businesses in the pipeline.” The residential branch of the company, Hankin Apartments, has also undergone an updated look with a revised logo and newly launched website coinciding with the launch of the corporate site.

Along with the rejuvenated appearance, Hankin has renewed their mission statement and vision as they continue to make their mark in the area. “Our mission is to design, develop, and manage environments with integrity that inspire people to lead richer, more fulfilled lives,” as stated in their new collateral. Both websites incorporate impressive imagery and introduce dynamic videography. The vibrant color schemes and revised fonts present a more relatable, modernized identity for the company whose vision is “to build and maintain extraordinary spaces that inspire people.”

With several projects making headlines in recent weeks including the announcement of its anchor tenant, Revival Pizza Pub in Weatherstone Town Center, an applauded proposal in partnership with Penn Medicine’s Lancaster General Health to rezone in Lancaster City and recently breaking ground on a new 44-unit apartment building in Eagleview Town Center, Hankin Group is on the cusp of another groundbreaking year.
