Since joining Hankin Group in 1987, Bob has carried out a vision of creating distinctive communities and has become a pioneer in mixed-use development. Bob received bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and English Literature from Syracuse University and continued his studies at Oxford University. He is a regular guest lecturer with the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Program at The Wharton School.
Michael joined Hankin Group in 2011 after spending a decade with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers leading international consulting assignments. Michael oversees the operations of Hankin Group and is responsible for its multi-family, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and retail portfolios. Michael received a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
In her role, Chrissy is responsible for securing financing, maintaining bank relationships, managing cash flow, and tax planning and compliance. Additionally, she oversees the Accounting Department and provides strategic planning oversight for the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University. In 2018, Chrissy was named CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Tom oversees all construction operations, which includes managing projects, employees, and multiple subcontractors. Prior to joining Hankin Group, Tom spent 17 years in the mechanical business as an Owner of McHugh Service Company. He received his B.A. from Swarthmore College and took part in post-graduate studies in physics. Tom is certified in HVAC Design and OSHA 30, and is also a LEED Green Associate.
Becky manages a large and diverse portfolio of multifamily units. She has extensive experience in pre-development planning, lease-up strategies, mixed-use operations, managing assets undergoing significant capital improvements, affordable housing management, and re-positioning acquisitions resulting in value optimization. Becky holds a B.A. from University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker.
Neal is responsible for land acquisition, design, cost management, permitting, and approvals of new projects. He is an expert in zoning, land use, and government entitlements. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental health from Salisbury University and continued his education at Drexel University in Civil Engineering. Neal is a Professional Engineer and frequently testifies as an expert in land use and civil engineering matters.
Using his expertise in multiple individual development categories and their synergistic relationship in holistically planned communities, Jim leads development strategy at Hankin Group. He matches design tasks with proper design professionals and directs their work through project completion. Jim holds master’s degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture from The University of Pennsylvania.
Lance leads Hankin Group’s renowned sustainability efforts. He was instrumental in the construction and management of Solar PV Installations and obtaining all Energy Star and LEED certifications. Lance received bachelor’s degrees in both Architecture and Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and has served on the board of directors of Green Building United.
Stacy’s responsibilities include securing new tenant leases, maintaining existing tenant relationships, pre-leasing new development projects, and monitoring industry analytics. She is an expert in operations, landlord representation, and the transaction process. Stacy is a Real Estate Broker and currently serves as President of the CCIM’s PA/NJ/Del Chapter.
Carolyn has served as our Human Resources Director since 2019. Previously, Carolyn worked as a Human Resources Director for a mid-sized law firm. In her position, Carolyn drives HR solutions that add significant value to the organization, as well as drives performance. She handles everything from recruiting to benefits to training and workplace initiatives.
Glen’s responsibilities include managing the daily operations of commercial assets, service vendors, operating budgets, fleet management and the property management team members. Glen is known for his tenant-focused service and valuable relationship building skills and has extensive knowledge in the industry.
Sam has worked in Commercial Sales and Leasing with Hankin since 2013. He is responsible for supporting all aspects of the development and leasing process, marketing initiatives, commercial activities as well as analytic research and financial reporting for all business activities. Sam received a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College in Business Administration.
William joined Hankin in early 2014 upon graduating from West Chester University and leads the IT department, managing on premise and hosted backend solutions. With his team, William pioneered the administration of industry leading Property Management and Construction software (Yardi, Newforma) and oversees the maintenance and management of network devices across several multi-user sites.
Brooke oversees the corporate marketing department and the Hankin Foundation. Upon graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Brooke worked in New York City prior to relocating back to the Philadelphia area. With a diverse portfolio, her specialties include hospitality management, social media, event planning and execution, sales and promotions, email marketing and relationship building.
