Commercial Leasing Manager, Sam Sherrill, was honored at the CII Council’s annual meeting yesterday with a Most Significant Deal Award!

The Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council (CII Council) is a membership organization for professionals involved in commercial and industrial real estate. Sam accepted his award for his role in a large long-term complex office lease deal with a Fortune Global 500 company in a BOMA BEST, award-winning building. Congratulations Sam!
