With Much Business in the Pipeline, Hankin Group’s New Branding Propels Company into the Future

Date March 31, 2021

Hankin Group has undergone a successful rebrand.

The family-owned real estate company that designs, develops, and manages residential and commercial properties has unveiled a new logo and website.

“Our team is constantly thinking about how to make improvements that evolve with our community after 60 years of success,” the Exton-based company said. “After months of creative development, we are proud to showcase our company’s mission and values through this new representation and look forward to the future.”

Hankin Group worked with Push10, a branding agency in Philadelphia, to develop its new identity after months of brainstorming and collecting feedback from the company’s top executives.

“We couldn’t be happier with the outcome,” said Chief Operating Officer Michael Hankin. “This new branding will propel us into the future of the company as we gear up for another busy year with new construction, developments, and businesses in the pipeline.”

The residential branch of the company, Hankin Apartments, has also undergone an updated look with a revised logo and new website that coincides with the launch of the corporate site.

Hankin Group has also renewed its mission statement and vision.

“Our mission is to design, develop, and manage environments with integrity that inspire people to lead richer, more fulfilled lives,” the company said.

Both websites incorporate impressive imagery and introduce dynamic videography. The vibrant color schemes and revised fonts present a more relatable, modernized identity for a company with a vision “to build and maintain extraordinary spaces that inspire people.”
