Hankin Group has an excellent opportunity available for a Marketing Director.
The Marketing Director will plan, direct and coordinate Corporate marketing and advertising initiatives for Hankin Group. This position will contribute to brand awareness and profitability goals through traditional marketing channels as well as new and emerging digital technologies. Additionally, the Director will cultivate a vibrant Town Center community with seasonal events.
Job responsibilities include:
-Drives strategy and plan and execute marketing initiatives for new and existing properties.
-Responsible for the planning, organizing and implementations of Town Center events (concerts, movie nights, and festivals), corporate events (engagement events, health fairs, day of service, etc.), and tenant appreciation events.
-Keep external stakeholders informed of company practices, business decisions, and programs which impact the community. Build stakeholder loyalty and satisfaction by responding with urgency to requests and concerns.
-Work closely with Brand Manager to ensure outreach initiatives comply with company branding guidelines.
-Collaborate with Commercial Leasing department regarding press related needs for new business openings.
-Manage, monitor and evaluate corporate and commercial social media platforms, posting and engaging regularly, ensuring content is cohesive with property branding and goals.
-Create and maintain targeted and relevant online content for corporate websites, social media and advertising, collaborating with Brand Manager for all graphic needs.
-Create, manage, and evaluate email marketing campaigns for Hankin Group and Town Center brands.
-Promote local search and search engine optimization, maintaining content on company’s website.
-Manage Hankin Foundation partnerships and oversee contributions upon approval from CEO & COO.
-Assist departments, including Development, with proposals, presentations, and supporting collateral for executive and pitch meetings
-15+ years of related work experience in a Marketing role
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-Ability to prepare detailed presentations for senior leaders and others.
-Proficient in Power Point, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, adwords, etc.
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Strong personal leadership, organizational and relationship building skills
-Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation
-Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a complex, deadline-driven environment
-Ability to recruit good outside marketing consultants to prepare creative work.
