Hankin Group found out how they ranked at the Multifamily Innovation® Summit in Phoenix, AZ featuring the Multifamily Innovation® Showcase, remarks from top CEOs and Executives, red carpet photos, high-energy music, and an incredible evening of celebration.

7 of our communities ranked on ORA’s Elite Top 1% of the Nation’s Apartment Communities for 2022. The Flats at Tioga Town Center and Chaddwell Apartments both ranked in the top 50 of that elite list. These ratings are determined by our online ratings/reviews and are derived from J Turner Research’s monthly research. Other communities ranked include Corner Park Apartments, New Kent Apartments, Severgn Apartments, Claremont Apartments, and Keva Flats.

Hankin Apartments took home 15 awards at the annual Pennsylvania Apartment Awards last year, including one of the highest honors, Service Manager of the Year. Keva Flats was honored at the annual Pennsylvania Apartments Awards in the Top 10.

Hankin Apartments was named #3 Management Company in the US and Canada with 10-24 properties by Satisfacts.

For buildings to earn an Energy Star Certification, they must meet energy performance standards set by the EPA. This certificate is given annually, so buildings must maintain their high performance to keep their certification.
