Hankin Group’s Stacy Martin elected first female President of the PA/NJ/DE Chapter of CCIM

Stacy Martin has been elected as President for the PA/NJ/DE Chapter of the CCIM for 2020, making her the first female President of this Chapter since its inception in 1979.  Michael Hankin, COO of Hankin Group commented, “Hankin Group is thrilled to have our own Stacy Martin elected as the next CCIM president. Stacy is a proven industry leader and her knowledge and experience will greatly benefit CCIM.”

CCIM is an earned designation that stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member.  CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, with less than one percent of commercial real estate professionals holding this prestigious designation.  This global organization boasts 50 chapters and 13,000 members in 30 countries, representing a projected $400 billion in closed transactions annually.     

Martin has been with Hankin for 18 years. As Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing for Hankin Group, she oversees over 1,500,000 sq. ft. of real estate. Additionally, Martin is on several other boards, including Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (Executive Board, 7 years), Downingtown Area STEM Academy Advisory Board (7 years), i2n Board (8 years), and the CCIM Board (2 years, 2019 – VP & 2020, President). Formerly, Stacy has served on the Chester County Economic Development Council Board (6 years) and the CII Council Board.
