Hankin Group has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor from The Philadelphia Inquirer. The honor is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization. For over a decade, the Top Workplaces honor has recognized companies for their commitment to employee satisfaction and helped companies stand out among competitors to attract talent.
Carolyn Van Fleet, Human Resources Director, commented on this accomplishment, “Hankin Group is honored to be recognized for their efforts to create a productive and positive environment. We strive to provide employees with meaningful work, solid benefits, and a sense of community. Earning this coveted designation as a 2020 Top Workplace signifies us as an organization committed to developing and sustaining a culture that supports, promotes, and values its employees. We are pleased to be recognized for our efforts and would like to thank our employees for their participation in the survey process.” This is the second year in a row that Hankin Group has been named a Top Workplace. In addition to this award, Hankin Group has also been recognized numerous times in the past year for excellence in property management, multi-family living, and employee achievement.
