Exton, PA — February 19, 2020— Hankin Group has announced today that Keva Flats has been awarded LEED Gold. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and an international symbol of excellence. Keva Flats, Hankin Group’s newest luxury apartment community located in Exton, consists of five buildings, which include 242 apartment units and amenity spaces.
