River Station Phase II follows on the heels of the successful leaseup of the first 203 units. This 2nd phase will stagger delivery its two new buildings, the first in July, and the 2nd in November. Keva Flats
Hankin Group delivered the 6th LEED Gold certified building in the Keva Flats multifamily community located in Exton, PA. As part of this development, Hankin also undertook a major floodplain restoration project that brought a stream back to its original condition which re-established natural habitats and improved biodiversity that hadn’t existed for decades. A 7th multifamily building
is expected to begin construction in 2026 and will also pursue LEED Gold certification.
