Congratulations to the entire Hankin Apartments team for once again being recognized as “Top Rated” in 2014 by ApartmentRatings.com. All five of our main apartment communities (Chaddwell, Claremont, Claremont on the Square, New Kent and Severgn) were recognized as Top Rated by our residents through ApartmentRatings.com. This award does not come easily and only 6% of all apartment communities in the nation achieve the title.
