EXTON, Pa. (Nov. 2, 2026) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, and co-sponsor Bentley Systems (NASDAQ: BSY), an infrastructure engineering software company, hosted the Annual Hankin Invitational at Whitford Country Club on Oct. 5. Now in its 40th year, the event raised a record-breaking $420,000 for Handi-Crafters, the largest employment and disability focused support service program in southeast Pennsylvania.
This year’s tournament brought together over 220 participants and 95 corporate sponsors for one of the region’s premier charity golf events. Since 2014, the event has raised more than $3.4 million, with all proceeds benefiting Handi-Crafters’ work to empower individuals with disabilities by providing meaningful employment opportunities and skill development.
“It has been truly gratifying to support Handi-Crafters, led by CEO April Ennis-Pierson,” said Bob Hankin, president and CEO, Hankin Group. “The many supporters who attend year after year look forward to the opportunity to enjoy a festive day while assisting a life-changing organization. We’re proud to be their partner.”
“The Hankin Invitational is much more than a golf tournament. It represents 40 years of extraordinary generosity and community partnerships, and a shared commitment to individuals with disabilities,” said April Ennis-Pierson, executive director, Handi-Crafters. “Raising a record-breaking $420,000 is truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful to the Hankin family, Bentley Systems, all sponsors, and everyone who champions our mission. Their generosity allows us to expand opportunities, strengthen our programs, and make a lasting difference in the lives of more than 300 individuals we serve each year.”
The sold-out event featured a helicopter ball drop with 1,200 golf balls and numerous on-course contests and experiences, including a Ford Bronco grand prize sponsored by Brian Hoskins Ford. Attendees also enjoyed an impressive spread of food and beverages at the Half-Way House sponsored by Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester.
The Hankin Invitational is one of Hankin Group’s signature initiatives. Over the years, support from the Invitational has been critical in closing budget gaps and bridging federal resources, allowing the nonprofit to continue life-changing services for more than 300 individuals with disabilities.
