2025 fundraiser marks $3 million raised since 2014, supporting employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities
EXTON, PA (November 13, 2025) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, and co-sponsor, Bentley Systems (NASDAQ: BSY), an infrastructure engineering software company, hosted the 39th Annual Hankin Invitational at Whitford Country Club on October 6, 2025. The event raised an impressive $370,000, with all proceeds supporting Handi-Crafters, a Chester County non-profit committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, skill development, and support services.
The tournament, which drew over 230 participants and nearly 100 sponsors, continues to be one of the region’s premier charity golf events, blending community, competition, and philanthropy. The 2025 event brings the total fundraising impact to $3 million raised for Handi-Crafters since 2014.

Attendees also enjoyed delicious food and beverage offerings, including the standout Half-Way House sponsored by Hilton Garden Inn Exton-West Chester, and a special guest appearance from PGA Long-Drive Champion Jeff “Critter” Crittenden.

Phase II will add 160 luxury, sustainable apartments to the thriving mixed-use community
DOWNINGTON, PA (October 15, 2025) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, today announced construction is underway to expand River Station, the vibrant mixed-use residential community in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Phase II will add 160 upscale, sustainable apartment homes across two new buildings to the 70-acre development.
The first building, scheduled to open in summer 2026, will feature 67 residential units. The remaining 93 apartments will be delivered in the second half of 2026 as part of the second building. EXTON, PA (July 28, 2025) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, has announced that Keva Flats Building 7, the newest addition to the award-winning luxury apartment community in Exton, Pennsylvania, will welcome its first residents in September 2025. The 24-unit manor house-style building will feature a combination of one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom units ranging from 789 to 1,141 square feet.
Building 7 represents the continued expansion of Keva Flats as part of the community’s second phase of development that began in 2024. Phase II will ultimately include 96 units across two buildings, Building 6 and Building 7.
