CADY Studios Expands to Hankin Group’s Eagleview in Exton, PA

The nation’s premier high school photography company leases 6,781 square feet at 411 Eagleview Boulevard

EXTON, PA (December 17, 2025) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, announced that CADY Studios, the largest high school and senior photography company in the United States, signed a lease for 6,781 square feet at 411 Eagleview Boulevard. The new Eagleview studio, expected to open in summer 2026, will expand CADY’s Pennsylvania footprint and bring their signature senior portrait experience to Exton families.

With 21 locations throughout the country, CADY has built a reputation for transforming senior portrait sessions into a curated, unforgettable experience. The company also partners with local schools to provide custom solutions for picture day, graduation, candid sports photography, team photos, and more.
