DOWNINGTON, PA (October 15, 2025) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, today announced construction is underway to expand River Station, the vibrant mixed-use residential community in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. The first building, scheduled to open in summer 2026, will feature 67 residential units. The remaining 93 apartments will be delivered in the second half of 2026 as part of the second building.
