Hankin Group Announces Keva Flats Building 7 to Welcome First Residents in September 2025

New 24-unit manor house-style building continues expansion of award-winning luxury apartment community in Exton, PA

EXTON, PA (July 28, 2025)Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, has announced that Keva Flats Building 7, the newest addition to the award-winning luxury apartment community in Exton, Pennsylvania, will welcome its first residents in September 2025. The 24-unit manor house-style building will feature a combination of one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom units ranging from 789 to 1,141 square feet.

Building 7 represents the continued expansion of Keva Flats as part of the community’s second phase of development that began in 2024. Phase II will ultimately include 96 units across two buildings, Building 6 and Building 7. Both buildings are pursuing LEED certification, continuing the community’s commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence that has earned previous buildings LEED Gold certification and the PECO Green Award.

The new building will feature high-end finishes throughout, including wood-style flooring, ceramic tile baths, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Each unit will include gourmet kitchens and modern amenities designed for contemporary living. Building 7 will also incorporate numerous sustainability features, including LED lighting, high-efficiency appliances, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, increased insulation for thermal comfort, and EV charging stations.

Residents of Building 7 will have access to Keva Flats’ full suite of premium amenities, including the two-story, 11,000 square foot clubhouse; state-of-the-art fitness club with yoga/Pilates studio featuring Wellbeats virtual trainer; resort-style private pool with sun deck, grill stations, lounges, and fire pits; rooftop terrace; outdoor multi-sport court; multi-sport simulator room; and bark park for pets. Building 7 offers three distinctive floor plans: the Sutton, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at 1,141 square feet; the Wembley, a one-bedroom den, one-bathroom unit at 942 square feet; and the Brixton, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 789 square feet. All units feature spacious layouts, premium finishes, and access to the community’s comprehensive amenity package.

In addition to Building 7, Hankin Group continues to expand the Keva Flats community with the planned development of Building 6. This 72-unit building will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments to accommodate a diverse range of residents. The ground floor will feature 50 parking spaces, including two accessible spaces, ensuring convenient access for all residents.

Building 6 will enhance the community’s amenities with the addition of a dog wash station and bike storage facilities, along with a dedicated grilling and fire pit amenity area for residents to enjoy outdoor gatherings. The building is expected to open in Fall 2026.
