The 3901 Walnut Street project in Philadelphia is well underway. This six-story LEED office building already has the steel construction started for floors 1,2, and 3 and upper floors to be completed by mid-July. July will also bring the start of the exterior framing, roofing and brick work, putting us on schedule for an anticipated completion for Spring of 2015.
