WeatherstoneSM is The Hankin Group’s newest mixed-use community at Routes 401 / 100 at Ludwigs Corner, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Ideally located, Weatherstone is based on the concept of a village arrangement of residential, retail, and office uses in a compact form permitting a substantial amount of the 300-acre site to remain as open space. The result is a cohesive community with a unified approach to both the built and natural environments.


The office and retail components are arranged along a main street leading to the new 25,000 sq. ft. branch of the Chester County Library, which then segues into the residential neighborhoods. WeatherstoneSM features neo-traditional style streetscapes found in the successful EagleviewSM community at Route 100 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Upon completion, the WeatherstoneSM community will consist of 273 single family and townhouse residences harmonizing with 240,000 sq. ft. of combined office and retail space.
