The upper level and Village Square renderings for the EagleviewSM Town Center. The building provides retail space while the village square, with its gazebo and park setting, provide a pleasant gathering spot for residents and visitors. EagleviewSM began as an exclusively commercial development, but when additional land became available, The Hankin Group began planning a residential and retail district. The plan incorporates the town center with a modestly scaled retail center and is reminiscent of town centers of an earlier era, to service and bond the commercial and residential aspects together as a community.
