WeatherstoneSM is The Hankin Group’s newest mixed-use community at Routes 401 / 100 at Ludwigs Corner, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Ideally located, Weatherstone is based on the concept of a village arrangement of residential, retail, and office uses in a compact form permitting a substantial amount of the 300-acre site to remain as open space. The office and retail components are arranged along a main street leading to the new 25,000 sq. ft.
