Weatherstone will feature 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space within its 240,000 sq. ft. open-air main street retail and commercial center. A substantial portion of the 300 acre Weatherstone Community is dedicated to and will remain as open space.  The main thoroughfare will be home to destination retailers, restaurants and service retailers including a supermarket, an existing 25,000 sq. ft. branch of the Chester County Library, a planned YMCA with daycare and 273 residential units.  For shopper and client convenience there will be ample on-site parking as well as parking lots adjacent to each of the buildings and ; however the "Town Center" community atmosphere will welcome pedestrian traffic.
