Covenant Fellowship Church
The 48,000 sq. ft. Covenant Fellowship church was built in 1997 within
the Spring Valley Business Park. The architecture allows for expansive open areas for congregational worship and gatherings. Along with its assembly rooms, the church also has offices and classrooms. Spring Valley Business Park is located in Concord Township, Delaware County, PA.

Chester County Library
The Henrietta Hankin Branch of the Chester County Library, the newest edition to the Chester County Library system, is located at Weatherstone,
a mixed-use community developed by the Hankin Group. The library,
named after the matriarch of the Hankin family, represents the
significance of promoting literacy within our community.

Eagleview Senior Apartments
In 1997, The Hankin Group partnered with the PA Housing Finance Agency, the County of Chester, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Federal Home Loan Bank to provide affordable housing for senior citizens living on a fixed income. The newly constructed building was dedicated as the Potter Building, in honor of Henrietta Potter Hankin, in May 1999. Consisting of 49 one-bedroom apartments, this facility is handicapped accessible and provides various social services, as well as health and fitness programs in cooperation with the Lionville YMCA. The Potter Building was the recipient of the 1999 Building Excellence Award for the best Multi-Family project in the
Delaware Valley.

Public Works Water System
Public Works systems, including water and wastewater plants, help meet the demands of our growing population. The Hankin Group has designed and built wastewater treatment systems based on extended aeration, contact stabilization, spray irrigation and stream or wetland discharge design parameters.

YMCA
The Lionville Community YMCA at Eagleview is affiliated with the Upper Main Line YMCA and has been open since 1996. The Eagleview YMCA has a 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center and four racquet ball courts. An additional 7,200 sq. ft day care center is also part of the building located in the Eagleview Town Center.
