Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an individual with excellent tenant relations to assist in the management of 1.3M+sq.ft. of Class “A” office/flex/retail properties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: working with the property management team to deliver first-rate customer service, ensure the proper completion of maintenance work orders and capital improvements, assist in the preparation of operating & capital budgets, 24 hour emergency response, and routine inspection of building systems, maintenance, code compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications: 3–5 years experience in facilities management, college degree from an accredited college or university, strong verbal & written communication skills, effective organizational skills, and the ability to keep a friendly, approachable demeanor while working with competing priorities and demands.
